Assistant Front Office Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | Kruger National Park Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced and professional Assistant Front Office Manager for a world-renowned luxury safari lodge based in the Kruger National Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong front office leader with a passion for guest service, operational excellence, and luxury lodge standards. This role supports and relieves the Front Office Manager and oversees Reception, Safari Shop, Massage, and Transfers departments. Requirements: · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office role within a 4 or 5-star luxury lodge · Previous assistant front office management or supervisory experience advantageous · Strong leadership and team coordination skills · Excellent guest service and hosting ability · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills · Strong organisational and multitasking abilities · High attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel · Experience with PANStrat (highly advantageous) · Knowledge of luxury lodge operations and guest journey · Financial and business acumen for front office and revenue reporting · Honest, proactive, and professional approach · Ability to make fast, responsible decisions · Valid driver’s licence advantageous Package: · Permanent live-in position · Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience · Luxury lodge working environment · Opportunity to grow within a globally respected safari brand To apply for the Assistant Front Office Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo to Simone@Apply Below.
