Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to oversee day-to-day site preparations, manage construction teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site • Ensure adherence to project plans specifications, and safety standards • Monitor progress and quality of work performed • Maintain site records, daily reports, and attendance registers • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients • Order and control materials and equipment required for the site • Conduct toolbox talks • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports • Liaise with management, contractors, and clients on safety matters • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations and company policies • Manage contractors and service providers, including variation requests and performance monitoring • Prepare and submit monthly technical reports and documentation • Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service Requirements: • Samtrac/ Equivalent Health and safety qualifications • Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in construction or civil projects • Strong knowledge of OHS Act and Construction Regulations • Good communication and report-writing skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Drivers licence
