About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the Stellenbosch Center in Western Cape. As a key member of our reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, handling day-to-day reception duties, and performing Night Audit tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle inquiries from guests
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Perform Night Audit duties

Requirements

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a hospitality role is essential

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric (or equivalent)
