Job Description

In this role, youll be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families – building interest, generating quality leads, and driving campus enrolments through proactive engagement. What Youll Be Doing Making outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote programmes and book interviews Sharing clear, engaging information about qualifications, campus life, and the application journey Following up with leads and keeping momentum throughout the recruitment process Capturing and managing lead information accurately on the CRM system Scheduling appointments for campus visits, open days, and registration events Supporting school visits, career fairs, open days, and registration periods Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets What Were Looking For Minimum Matric Relevant tertiary qualification Previous experience in a telesales / cold calling / customer service role is highly beneficial A confident, friendly phone manner with excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-energy environment A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile Drivers licence and flexible availability during peak recruitment periods are advantageous
