About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of one of our cafés, delivering consistency and quality execution across the unit.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct meetings and training sessions with team members.
Motivate team members to work with passion and excellence.
Discipline effectively.

Requirements

Industry relevant Qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Leadership Skills – working with your team to drive sales and performance with customer excellence
Understand finance, be able to do cash ups accurately, work out food costs
Ensure customer satisfaction to ensure return business
Drive the business as if it’s your own
Competent in the use of POS/I.T. Systems
Own Motor Vehicle and valid Driver’s License
