About the Role
We are a growing boutique recruitment agency based in the Overberg, expanding our specialist team of Recruitment Consultants. We prioritize quality placements, long-term client relationships, and professional credibility over volume-driven recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Develop and maintain strong business development and client relationship skills
- Collaborate with the Owner to implement the agency’s methodology and recruitment strategy
- Work from a Home Office environment initially, gaining deep insight into the agency’s operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (sector-specific experience advantageous)
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently with high levels of professionalism, accountability, and self-discipline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field (if applicable)
