About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Technician to join their team in Cape Town CBD. The successful candidate will be working on a variety of commercial and residential projects, producing tender and working drawings, coordinating with other professionals, and managing the workflow on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). They will also contribute to site visits, inputting design and production feedback for proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Work with a small team on various projects
Produce tender and working drawings
Coordinate with other professionals
Manage the flow of information on ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Coordinate/management & input on site
Input/design/production of proposals for new projects

Requirements

Relevant Qualification in Architecture or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience in using ACC (Auto Desk Construction Cloud) or, at the very least, BIM
Own motor vehicle required
Drivers License
SketchUp and rendering skills would be an added bonus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
