About the Role
Join an insights–driven organisation that is reinventing how businesses engage with data, products, and predictive intelligence. This role leads the evolution of 3 client partners and their teams into future–ready advisors who blend human expertise with AI–powered storytelling. You will partner closely with data sciences leadership to shape product–led growth across key sectors, including telco, banking, retail, and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of client partners into AI–enabled strategic advisors through structured 120–day upskilling roadmaps
- Orchestrate collaboration with Data Sciences to embed predictive models into client journeys and ROI–driven storytelling
- Drive C–suite relationships, enhancing retention and expansion through continuous insight and sentiment monitoring
- Align cross–functional roadmaps with Product and Data Science teams
- Convert multi–source insights into influential content
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in insights/consulting, including 5 years leading teams in product–led research, CX, or strategy
- Proven success in African markets and AI–driven transformation
- Strong track record in C–suite engagement and revenue growth
- Hybrid leadership coaching teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration
Qualifications
- MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Insights
