About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order placement, effective communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in placing orders on ERP Accurately and timeously.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers in the event of any let-downs or problems to ensure good customer service.
  • Maintain a professional and fair relationship with every customer.
  • Assist and ensure correct load numbers are received by transport contractors for the collection of cement.
  • Record any customer complaints and raise them with HOS.
  • Assist with Emailing invoices and PODS to our clients after processing.
  • Perform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a sales environment
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP (Advantage)
  • Communicate Effectively
  • Drive Innovation
