About the Role

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales & Branch Manager in Durban. As a key member of our national operation, you will be responsible for driving new B2B sales and securing contract-based business in the region. You will also manage and grow existing client accounts, oversee branch performance, and present bundled hygiene and contract service solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new B2B sales and secure contract-based business in Durban
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, including renewals and upselling
  • Oversee branch performance, supporting service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Present and sell bundled hygiene and contract service solutions
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within a services-based environment
  • Background in contract cleaning, hygiene services, facilities services, or industrial sales
  • Experience managing service contracts, SLAs, and key client relationships
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Matric required; a qualification in Sales, Business Management, or Operations is advantageous
