About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Skin Care Sales Ambassador to join our team in Durban and surrounds, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at various events, expos, and launches
- Collaborate with Head Office and team members to support road shows, expos, and other operational requirements
- Travel extensively throughout the region to meet with clients and promote products
- Utilize sales apps and computer software to manage sales data and track progress
Requirements
- Based centrally in KZN – preferably Durban & surrounds with ease of travel in all directions of the region
- Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
- On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
- Sales driven – this is the core KPI for this role
- Comfortable being on the road – this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
Qualifications
- Own car and valid driver license – not negotiable
Salary & Benefits
- R14,000 Fixed Basic Salary per month – guaranteed

- Company Cell phone with Data Allowance
- Tiered Sales Commission earned (2% – 10%)
- Sales Incentives & Bonuses earned on new accounts opened
