Job Description
- To generate revenue by promoting and selling company products or services to new and existing clients.
- Be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and representing the brand professionally in the market.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric.
- Sales, Marketing, or Business Degree/Diploma (advantageous).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Proven track record in sales (preferably in Retail, FMCG, hardware).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or customer segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to customer locations, perform product presentations, and provide sales support.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and network with potential clients.
- Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to management.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good administrative and reporting skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Valid driver’s license (essential due to travel requirements).
