Senior Spa Therapist – Luxury Hotel | Cape Town Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join the team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and professional individual with a passion for wellness and guest satisfaction. Package: Salary: R12,600 commission (negotiable depending on experience) Live Out position Key Responsibilities: Deliver a range of professional spa treatments to guests, ensuring the highest standards of service and care Provide in-depth knowledge of all spa products and services offered Maintain cleanliness and organisation within treatment rooms and spa facilities Upsell treatments and retail products where appropriate to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times Assist with spa reception duties and guest bookings when required Requirements: Recognised spa or beauty therapy qualification Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar high-end spa or hotel environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism Ability to work well independently and as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated therapist looking to advance their career within the luxury hospitality sector.
