Job Description
- Full handling of all administrative tasks from the reception area
- Handling door access control for guests
- Boardroom preparation for client meetings
- Management of stationery and water orders
- Handling of errands own transport is essential.
- Monthly submission of travel claims for reimbursement
- Handling the telephone systems
Requirements:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Own transport and a valid drivers licence
- Residence in the Helderberg area would be advantageous
- Punctuality and reliability
- Neat, professional appearance
- Strong computer skills in Outlook,Microsoft Teams,Word andExcel
- Completion of Financial Regulatory Exam RE5. – Would be beneficial
- Background or exposure to estates, trusts, life insurance policies, investments, or medical aids.
- Grade 12

- Takes full ownership of assigned tasks
- Must be reliable, honest, and sincere
- Should enjoy administrative work the role is dynamic and requires strong multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work well under pressure and willing to assist colleagues when deadlines are tight
- Accuracy is vital, especially since the work involves numbers and sensitive documentation
