Job Description
Hoof Verantwoordelikhede
- Bestuur die volledige werwingsproses van begin tot einde
- Aktiewe verkryging (sourcing) en onderhoudvoering van kandidate
- Opbou en instandhouding van sterk kliënteverhoudings
- Besigheidontwikkeling en identifisering van nuwe geleenthede
- Plasing van advertensies en aktiewe headhunting
- Administrasie en databasisbestuur
- Bereiking van maandelikse teikens en prestasie-aanwysers
Minimum Vereistes
- Matriek (Tersiêre kwalifikasie sal voordelig wees)
- Vorige ondervinding in werwing, verkope of ’n teikengedrewe omgewing (hoogs voordelig)
- Sterk kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels
- Selfgedrewe, doelgerig en professioneel
- Uitstekende organisatoriese vaardighede
