About the Role
Numeral Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing teams to achieve success. Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting of new advisors;
- Ensuring that self and team reach sales targets, as amended by the Company from time to time;
- Supervision and guiding of current and future advisors;
- Tracking and actioning all leads allocated to the branch staff;
- Reporting on daily sales activities via CRM system;
- Addressing non-compliance issues highlighted by back office for any branch staff needs;
- Ensuring all brokers linked to the branch meet their training requirements to remain on the representation register;
- Managing regional marketing activities and costs;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date branch administration;
- Managing the profitability of the branch with Aluma finance team.

Qualifications
Minimum matric, Degree or diploma preferred. NQF 5 or 120 credits in Wealth Management, Financial Planning or a similar field is also required. CFP is advantageous.
