About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media Opinion Manager to join their dynamic team in the fast-paced beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of social media presence, engaging with customers, monitoring brand sentiment, and driving positive opinions on various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and track brand mentions, reviews, and opinions across social media channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and engage with relevant social media influencers to increase brand visibility and build a strong online presence.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure engagement, sentiment, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry innovations, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends or patterns.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to independently manage projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
