About the Role
We are offering a 12-month HR / Admin Internship opportunity within the Real Estate industry, based in Meyerton. This internship is ideal for candidates who have recently completed a relevant qualification and are eager to gain practical work experience in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview packs, and welcoming new employees.
- Support the maintenance of employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date, and confidential.
- Help update and track leave applications, sick notes, and attendance records.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
- Provide administrative support during employee wellness or engagement initiatives.
- Help with the preparation of HR reports, memos, and presentations.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures under supervision.
Requirements
- A completed Degree or Diploma in Sales or Human Resource Management
Qualifications
- South African Identity Document (ID)
- Statement of academic results
- Relevant qualification certificate(s)
