About the Role
The Personal & Executive Operations Assistant role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, streamlining communication, and maintaining accountability across teams. This critical position supports the COO in managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Email & Task Management: Manage and clear the COO’s mailbox, prioritize important communications, and follow up on action items.
• Operational Support: Assist in setting up and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and analyse reports and dashboards to track key metrics and operational progress.
• Accountability & Follow-Ups: Ensure tasks are completed by relevant team members, follow up on deadlines, and provide regular progress updates.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on action points.
• General Assistance: Run errands, handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, and provide personal support to the COO as needed.
