About the Role
The Legal & Compliance department is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support an increasing compliance, regulatory, and administrative workload. This role focuses on managing high-volume, administrative and compliance-related tasks that require exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of director sign-offs, including resolutions, agendas, minutes, mandates, powers of attorney, e-minute books, and bank correspondence.
- Preparation and submission support for statutory and regulatory returns, registrations, and applications.
- APN submissions, exchange control monitoring, SARS mismatch audits, and zero-rated VAT documentation.
- Vendor, credit, and non-confidential FICA requests.
- Audit support for non-confidential components.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator (legal/compliance environment preferred).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
Ability to work with senior leadership and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
