About the Role
Ons soek ‘n dinamiese individu met ‘n sterk verkoopsagtergrond om as makelaar te werf. Hierdie rol is ideaal vir nuwelinge in die bedryf wat by ‘n gevestigde handelsmerk wil aansluit en hul korttermyn makelaarspraktyk wil uitbrei met die ondersteuning van ons administratiewe kantoor.
Key Responsibilities
- Ontwikkel en implementeer ‘n doeltreffende bemarkingsstrategie om nuwe besigheid te werf en te laat groei, volgens die riglyne van ons Makelaars;
- Handhaaf bestaande besigheid deur professionele verhoudings met kliënte te vestig en te onderhou;
- Ontleed en evalueer bestaande versekeringspolisse, bied vergelykende ontledings aan en stel alternatiewe voor aan kliënte;
- Implementeer effektiewe besigheidspraktyke om sukses te verseker;
- Bou en handhaaf sterk verhoudings met beide interne spanlede en eksterne kliënte;
- Bly op hoogte van die nuutste wetgewing en regulasies in die korttermynversekeringsbedryf.
Requirements
Graad 12 kwalifikasie sal as vereiste dien, en n toepaslike nagraadse kwalifikasie sal voorkeur geniet. Voltooide NQF 4 Kwalifikasie sal as voorkeur dien. Regulatoriese Eksamen Sertifikate (RE1/5 ) sal as voorkeur dien. Rekenaar vaardig en kennis van die MS Office pakket. Handhaaf uitstekende kliënteverhouding en sterk kommunikasievaardighede.
