About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading provider of electro-mechanical equipment solutions across sub-Saharan Africa, is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to join their team in Rustenburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing field service operations and ensuring timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide technical support
- Supervise and coordinate field service teams to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation
Requirements
- Trade Tested Electrician certification
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering
- At least 2 years of on-site supervision experience
- Proven background in the Electrical/Electromechanical industry
- Experience working in Industrial and Mining industries
Qualifications
- Formal education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s degree)
