About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading provider of electro-mechanical equipment solutions across sub-Saharan Africa, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join their team in Rustenburg. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electromechanical equipment at our clients’ sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments and develop maintenance plans
- Lead and supervise on-site teams to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Trade Tested Electrician certification
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering
- 2 years of on-site supervision experience
- Proven experience in the Industrial and Mining industries
Qualifications
- Formal education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
