About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and highly driven Parts Sales Advisor to join the Hoeks Toyota team in Swellendam. The successful candidate will play a vital role in selling vehicle parts, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the Service Centre with the efficient sourcing and supply of parts daily.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with parts enquiries and provide accurate product information.
Source, quote, and sell vehicle parts to customers.
Process orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately.
Maintain strong product knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure availability and timely delivery of parts.
Manage stock levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records.
Target driven, must be able to sell parts over the counter (panelling parts).
Manage back orders and parts return.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support the Service Centre with parts requirements.

Requirements

At least five years experience in parts sales within the motor industry is essential. Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicle parts and components will be an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Strong administrative and organisational abilities are necessary for success in this role. Ability to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple enquiries.
