About the Role
One of the leading plant nutrition manufacturing companies in Cape Town is currently looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join their team. They are seeking an experienced professional with strong supervisory skills and industry knowledge to oversee production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production teams to ensure efficient and effective operation of production lines
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and quality control processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Requirements
- 3 years experience in a production role with supervisory experience
- Experience in the agricultural / beverage / pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in SAP software
- Basic computer literacy
- Relevant Production Management qualification or related Matric (optional)
