About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our client’s team in Pretoria. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing branch feedback, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Review meetings
- Feedback on previous days jobs
- Planning for current jobs
- Vehicle schedule and optimisation in the morning and afternoon
- Job allocations and optimisation
- Ensure that all jobs have invoices
- Allocate bank payments to the relevant department and sales person
- Allocate invoice and input payment on SAP
- Move un-invoiced jobs to the Jobs in Progress sheet
- Allocate Speed point and cash payments
- Complete the banking on SAP
- Update the banking file with the days banking
- Control and update petty cash
- Check available stock and process orders where needed
- Convert stock on SAP
- Issue and control stock losses
- Update and control credit note book
- Branch feedback including debtors lists
- Travel between 2 Branches
Requirements
- Experience in the Glass & Aluminium Industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in SAP software
