About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock / Inventory Controller Administrator to join our team. As the Stock Controller Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, reconciling stock counts, and investigating discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update inventory records
- Conduct stock counts and reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
- Prepare regular stock reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Mathematics as a subject (mandatory)
- High proficiency in Excel and SAGE Evolution is mandatory
- Knowledge of Inventory Management
- Good knowledge of Warehouse Procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
- Good communication skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Confident and pro-active
- Demonstrate assertiveness
