About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a luxury 17-room country hotel in the UK, offering a Michelin-star-level dining experience. This is a hands-on, creative role for a chef with a passion for farm-to-table cuisine, turning locally sourced ingredients into exceptional fine-dining dishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
  • Prepare and present high-end farm-to-table dishes with precision and creativity
  • Maintain kitchen standards, hygiene, and food safety
  • Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
  • Contribute to menu development with a focus on seasonal, local ingredients

Requirements

Proven experience in a luxury or Michelin-star-level kitchen

Genuine passion for farm-to-table cooking

British passport required
