About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Travel & Admin Assistant to join our Cape Town team. As a key member of our Office Management Department, you will be responsible for coordinating local travel arrangements, supporting office operations, and providing exceptional internal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Book accommodation and rental vehicles for employees
- Assist with visa application processes
- Manage accommodation bookings and maintain accurate travel records
- Assist the Travel Coordinator with travel emergencies, last-minute changes, cancellations, and re-bookings
- Process travel and administration-related invoices
- Maintain travel lists and update internal spreadsheets
- Arrange staff medical bookings and maintain related records
- Serve as a backup for front desk reception
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Management Team
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Matric) required
- Further education or certification in Travel & Tourism advantageous
- 2–3 years experience in a travel coordination, office administration, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – intermediate to advanced)
- Strong administrative capability with excellent organisational skills
- Experience using Sage an advantage
