About the Role

The HR Support Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure documentation compliance and audit readiness
  • Maintain HR trackers and dashboards
  • Assist with policy documentation and governance records
  • Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs
  • Maintain leave records and employee data updates
  • Assist with employee benefit administration
  • Coordinate interviews and recruitment administration
  • Manage onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks
  • Maintain training records and compliance tracking
  • Administer visa and work permit processes
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
  • Maintain mobility tracking registers
  • Track accommodation occupancy
  • Log and escalate maintenance issues
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers
  • Ensure operational readiness of office and accommodation facilities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration or operations support
