About the Role
Hospitality and Outdoor Ltd is seeking a highly organized and experienced Lodge Assistant / Anchor to join our luxury lodge in Sabi Game Reserve. As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing stock control, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the lodge, including guest relations and hosting
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and queries
- Implement all Front of House procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Perform various administrative tasks, utilizing computer literacy in MS Office suite
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a 4/5* luxury lodge
- Hospitality qualification (beneficial)
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate in MS Office suite
- Experience with Pastel (beneficial)
