Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Medical Receptionist / Finance Administrator to join our medical practice in Cape Town, Table View. Essential: competent & friendly, but professional Location: Killarney Gradens, Cape Town Key Responsibilities: Front desk reception and patient communication Processing medical aid claims (experience essential Xero accounting software) Invoicing, debtors, creditors and monthly statements Bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping Managing accounts using Xero accounting software Requirements: Previous experience in a medical or dental environment Strong knowledge of medical aid claims processes with GoodX software Proven experience with Xero and Goodx Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and accurately Application Process:
