About the Role
As a key member of our Customer Solutions team at Kerston Foods, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s overall success. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase brand awareness and interest in our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze target market and identify prospective customers to convert into loyal returning customers.
- Continuously engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with customer services and products supplied.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients to increase sales.
- Provide analysis and forecasting services on product and service needs to guide sales & marketing strategies, as well as procurement & warehouse planning.
- Support the sales team by providing customer-related information for decision-making and establishing customer-specific solutions.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively flag problems before they surface.
- Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure customer problems and queries are resolved according to set standards and expectations.
- Retain customers using customer service methods.
- Conduct frequent assessment or gap analysis to maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring suitable customer service and products are provided to customers.
