About the Role
We are seeking a confident, energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Liaison to join our Clients team in East London. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys engaging with customers, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Field and respond to incoming sales enquiries (phone & email)
- Convert cost orders into basic quotations and send to customers
- Follow up on quotations with friendly, professional phone calls
- Liaise with customers regarding order progress and updates
- Conduct friendly cold calls to generate new opportunities
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers
- Provide general office-based sales support
- Assist with light marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities
- Ensure accurate record keeping and administration of sales documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, internal sales, or customer service
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making and receiving calls
- Computer literate (MS Office essential)
