About the Role
Esteem Recruitment is seeking an experienced Debt Collector to join our client’s boutique call centre in Durban, South Africa. The successful candidate will be part of a UK campaign and will be responsible for collecting debts from clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle debt collection calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly collection targets
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and collections
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
