About the Role
Esteem Recruitment is seeking an experienced Debt Collector to join our Client’s boutique call centre in Durban, South Africa. The successful candidate will be part of a UK campaign and will be responsible for collecting debts from clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to debtors to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors when necessary
- Update records and maintain accurate information on debtors and payments
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve collection targets
