About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Lichtenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour legislation, including BCEA, LRA, SD 13, EEA, SDA, COIDA, OHSA, and POPIA.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, trade unions, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employment-related matters.
- Analyze data and make informed decisions to improve HR processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12 is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Labour Relations or an LLB Degree is required.
- An Honours Degree in Human Resources/Labour Relations or an LLB Degree will be advantageous.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role, of which at least two (2) years in a management/leadership capacity.
