About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Lichtenburg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization maintains positive and productive relationships with our employees. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain knowledge of relevant labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, SD 13, EEA, SDA, COIDA, OHSA, POPIA)
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Lead with integrity and honesty, working collaboratively with diverse workforces
- Provide excellent communications skills in Afrikaans and English (written and oral) as well as interpersonal skills
- Persuade and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Work independently and initiate actions to drive results
- Analyse situations, make informed decisions, and suggest improvements and solutions
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Requirements
- Grade 12 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Labour Relations or LLB Degree
- Honours Degree in Human Resources/Labour Relations or LLB Degree advantageous
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role, of which at least two (2) years in management/leadership capacity
