About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects and ensuring that clients receive fair value for their money.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial aspects of projects
  • Ensure fair value for clients
  • Provide expert advice on quantity surveying matters
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Hons Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor
  • 10-12 years of experience within the built environment
  • At least 5 years’ post-registration experience
  • Strong commercial experience
  • Proficient in QS Plus International (UAE)
  • Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Hons Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor
  • Valid professional registration with relevant bodies

Salary & Benefits

  • R994,000 TCTC P/A (negotiable for higher salaries)
