About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa, working on marine bridge construction projects. As a key member of our site crew, you will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities and ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to required quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site crews and daily construction activities for marine and conventional bridge works
- Direct workforce, plant, and barge operations according to approved methods
- Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to required quality
- Report progress, issues, and material needs to the Construction Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or trade qualification in civil construction (preferred)
- 5 years experience in bridge or heavy civil works
- Strong knowledge of marine bridge construction sequences and site safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills

Salary & Benefits
$5000 – $6000 USD per month plus 500 USD per month for daily expenses, accommodation, car and driver, life insurance, and medical aid.
