About the Role
MJZ Direct Marketing is seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them find what they need.
- Share information and suggest products to customers.
- Answer questions and solve any customer problems quickly.
- Work with your team to meet our store’s sales goals.
- Attend occasional training to keep your product knowledge sharp.
Requirements
- Great communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- The ability to work well in a busy store.
- Valid South African ID or Passport.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma (or N4 equivalent).
