About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ post-admission experience to join our team in Midrand. The ideal candidate will have strong court and litigation experience, with exposure to RAF matters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling matters from inception to finalisation, providing strategic legal guidance, and ensuring strict compliance with court rules and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run a litigation caseload independently
- Handle RAF matters from inception to finalisation
- Draft pleadings, notices, and legal correspondence
- Conduct consultations with clients
- Appear in court when required
- Negotiate settlements where applicable
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on matters
- Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
Requirements
- LLB Degree
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Minimum 5 years’ post-admission experience
- Proven experience handling RAF matters
- Strong litigation and court experience
- Valid driver’s license
