About the Role

Murambi House Inc as HospiHomes CC is seeking a Qualified Nursing Sister to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. We require a compassionate and experienced nurse to oversee the daily care of our residents at our Old Age Home in Wynberg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Carers
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient care delivery
  • Train new staff members on care procedures and protocols
  • Observe and monitor resident well-being, ensuring their needs are met

Requirements

  • Registered Nursing qualification (e.g. BSN or equivalent)
  • Experience in supervising a team of caregivers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to allocate tasks and prioritize care delivery effectively

Qualifications

  • Formal education in nursing (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing)
