About the Role
ClicknowExpress is a fast-growing logistics and courier company providing reliable delivery solutions across South Africa. We are seeking a professional and service-driven Logistics Front Line Administrator to manage our front-desk operations, assist clients, and process in-branch transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, drivers, and delivery partners
- Handle incoming calls, email queries, and shipment tracking requests
- Receive and process payment transactions from walk-in customers (card, cash, or EFT)
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate daily payment records
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to prepare outgoing deliveries
- Capture and file PODs, delivery notes, and waybills
- Maintain a clean, organized front-desk area and ensure excellent customer service
- Provide general administrative support to branch supervisors and logistics coordinators
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or front-office role (preferably in logistics or retail)
Experience handling basic cash and electronic payment systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with POS or logistics systems is an advantage
Qualifications
Matric certificate required; further qualification in office admin or logistics is a plus
