We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Benoni. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Implement customer retention strategies to build long-term partnerships.
- Identify market trends and capitalise on opportunities for growth.
- Promote the company’s products through targeted outreach and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency and product positioning within the assigned territory.
- Gather and report market intelligence to support competitive positioning.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise sales operations.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines and cost-effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- 2 years as a sales representative in an abrasive industry is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Suite with ability to navigate on any CRM system
- Own reliable vehicle and Driver’s license
Qualifications
Matric Diploma/Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any other related qualification is advantageous
