About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an AI Adoption and Automation Enabler in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and ongoing reinforcement of Enterprise AI Minimum Standards, ensuring that employees meet or exceed minimum AI usage and proficiency expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and ongoing reinforcement of Enterprise AI Minimum Standards.
- Enable employees to meet or exceed minimum AI usage and proficiency expectations.
- Promote consistent use of approved AI tools, workflows, templates, and patterns.
- Support business users in adopting standardised no-code and AI-assisted workflows.
- Provide enablement materials such as prompts, templates, guides, and surveys.
- Support enablement activities, including workshops, office hours, and assessments.
- Assist with lightweight proofs of concept (PoCs) to demonstrate compliant, value-driven AI use.
- Track AI usage, workflow adoption, and proficiency against defined minimum standards.
- Maintain adoption and proficiency reporting by role, team, or business unit.
- Surface risks, gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities related to AI adoption.
- Support AI Ambassadors in reinforcing Minimum Standards at a departmental level.
- Contribute to internal AI guidance, documentation, and enablement content.
Requirements
A BSc in Information Systems or relevant qualification in Information Systems, Business Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong interest in AI adoption, automation, and digital enablement. Ability to translate standards and expectations into practical, day-to-day usage. Comfortable working with AI usage metrics, assessments, and adoption data. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
