About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in George, who will be responsible for handling property transfers and conveyancing matters with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process property transfers and conveyancing matters in accordance with Deeds Office procedures and property law.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and client information.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and manage high volumes of work.
- Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- LLB degree (Bachelor of Laws)
- Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Registration as a Conveyancer with the Legal Practice Council (LPC)
