About the Role
The Tender Administrator role is a critical component of our security industry operations, responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end tender process to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submissions for public and private sector contracts. This position supports business growth by ensuring all bids meet regulatory, legal, and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and format tender documents in accordance with client specifications
- Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements, industry regulations, and company policies
- Maintain and update standard tender documentation, including company profiles, certifications, policies, and accreditations
- Verify validity of compliance documents (e.g., tax clearance, insurance, industry registrations)
- Maintain a tender register and submission tracker
- Archive submitted tenders and supporting documentation
- Assist with reporting on tender success rates and pipeline opportunities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of tender processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
