About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of engineers, developers, analysts, and data scientists in driving Agile delivery practices for timely and high-quality deployment of AI solutions. The successful candidate will own the technical roadmap for AI production, including MLOps, LLMOps, and scalable cloud infrastructure, and champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, observability, and operational resilience for ML and LLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of engineers, developers, analysts, and data scientists
  • Drive Agile delivery practices to ensure timely, high-quality deployment of AI solutions
  • Own the technical roadmap for AI production, including MLOps, LLMOps, and scalable cloud infrastructure
  • Oversee architectural decisions related to model deployment, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions
  • Translate AI and data science prototypes into production-ready applications
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes for AI systems in production
  • Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, observability, and operational resilience for ML and LLM solutions
  • Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system integration and scalability
  • Influence the velocity, reliability, and quality of AI delivery across the organisation

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (*Transcript Required)
  • 12 years’ experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI production environments
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Machine Learning
  • Proven delivery of at least 3 large AI projects into production
  • Strong hands-on AI Operations and MLOps experience
  • Cloud platform experience (GCP preferred, other platforms considered)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder interfacing capability
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions
