About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join our fast-growing HVAC service business. As a key member of our team, you will take full ownership of HVAC purchasing across multiple maintenance and installation projects, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate, place, and track multiple HVAC orders daily
Manage procurement across various maintenance and installation projects
Liaise with multiple HVAC suppliers and distributors
Ensure order accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships
Monitor supplier performance and pricing competitiveness
Align procurement planning with operational and project deadlines

Requirements

Proven, hands-on HVAC procurement experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC components, systems, and suppliers
Mature, calm, and composed under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities within strict timelines
