About the Role
Our Client, a manufacturer of rigid plastic containers, in a range of colours, for a wide variety of requirements predominantly in the food packaging industry, has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join them on a contract basis in Olifantsfontein, Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture all lidding film orders, invoice and advise delivery.
• Send quotations after confirming prices with Neil.
• Create COC send copy to customer and file one on the COC file.
• Transfer all required stock to all branches as per branch request.
• Create job cards
• Send stock adjustments
• Create new Syspro codes get cost and Codes
• New customer film price
• Stock take – Physical count, capture on Excel Sheet, compare against Syspro and send. Explain variances.
• Receipt all lidding film stock into the system.
• Monitor stock levels
• Print stickers for all film going out for re-labeling
• Invoiced every 1st working day of the month.
• Capture sales order, invoice, print and file.
• Send invoices to relevant people
• Update spreadsheet on K- Drive
• New rental customers – scan and save agreement on the K-Drive
• Send proforma invoice for 30% deposits.
• Organize and send samples to Italy for machine manufacture via FLC.
• Arrange all foreign payments.
• Arrange collection of machines upon completion.
• GRN machines into the system.
• Invoice machines for delivery.
• Receipt all stock and send unpaid GRN pack
• Send customs documents
• Register all GRN’s into the GRN book.
