About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Midrand, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the telecoms and networking solutions space. The successful candidate will be a sales-driven professional who can drive revenue growth through solution-based sales and build strong partnerships with commercial and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with ISP, WISP, and enterprise clients
- Drive revenue through solution-based sales (networking, connectivity, hardware)
- Engage with both commercial and technical stakeholders
- Structure and negotiate pricing, contracts, and volume agreements
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase recurring revenue
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams on deployments and solutions
- Support product rollouts and network expansion projects
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
